The house was well put together and all amenities were nice and clean. Ken was very responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Beautiful home and neighborhood with friendly neighbors were encountered on our walks. I would highly recommend this spot for a large group or small depending on what type of visit you are looking for. There are shops and restaurants near by which was nice to be able to enjoy in addition to the house and amenities. I would stay here again.

The location is great and the is home clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The restaurants nearby are good. The walking trails close by too.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Drew’s beautiful home in Tahoe! The house was absolutely perfect for our family — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The location was fantastic, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was a huge hit, and all the little amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Drew was a wonderful host — responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Truly our best Airbnb experience ever — we can’t wait to come back!

Heather's home was fantastic. It was clean & comfortable and in a great location. Of all the vacation homes we've stayed in, this one was my favorite. The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook. Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Our group had an incredible trip! The house was exactly like the photos (possibly even better) and slept 10 adults comfortably. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location up the mountain only 5 minutes from the ski lift and less than 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My wife and I grew up there, always take our kids yearly. Genoa is a staple of the sierra’s, especially the hot springs. They now have a new pool and hot tub area with BBQ’s. Can’t recommend enough, the beauty, the peace, and the fun!!! As always we’ll be back, and got any early in and late out, very flexible “if they can be”, and this trip they were🥰

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay for a group of 8 there for snowboarding. It had all of my “musts”: 1. Convenient access to village/gondola - using the Northstar app you can request the bus to come right in front of the house 2. Great, spacious, well equipped/updated kitchen with big dining table - we love cooking our family style breakfasts and dinners 3. Multiple rooms and bathrooms - each room had its own full bathroom! 4. Big, functioning hot tub that was right there on the deck and easy to get to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last minute trip was a great success! My family loves visiting Tahoe city and this location served the kids and the adults well. Lots of games and plenty of activities for family fun. Hot tub was a huge bonus! We’d definitely return to this lovely and perfectly decorated home

Tidy, warm, hot tub always a great perk, super close to everything downtown. Affordable, lots of cooking amenities, easy check in and out. Cozy. This is our second time staying there and plan to do so for every future trip to tahoe city!

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our time here. The house is modern, clean, and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tall pine trees. It felt like our own private mountain retreat. The master bedroom upstairs was spacious and serene, with a large bathroom and comfy bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals together—loved the rustic granite countertops and the cozy fireplace that separates the living and dining areas. Both upstairs decks were great spots for coffee in the morning and stargazing at night. Our toddler had a great time running around the safe, fenced backyard, and there was plenty of room for all five of us. The location was great—only a short drive to the lake, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola. Overall, we’d definitely return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing South Lake Tahoe getaway!

We loved staying at David's cabin! Beautiful, peaceful, quiet setting. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and David was very responsive and kind. The hot tub is especially awesome, looking out at the beautiful large trees. Amazing location, too-- close to some delicious restaurants, markets, and cafes. Walking distance to the lake, and we really appreciated the access to the private beach area which is stunning.

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

Wonderful value in great location in the woods. Lean and friendly with some games and a hot tub. Ten min walk to the beach. Adorable cabin with everything you need! Loved that we didn’t have to run around for supplies as soon as we got there. Great layout and comfortable beds. Would be nice to have local recommendations for things to do and a couple of extra blankets for the couch. Great host with fast communication. Thanks for letting us use your home.
