A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Our 550 sq private studio is a short drive away from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for our guests to enjoy their seasonal fruit. Our guests can use their own washer and dryer and bikes are free to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels.

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate. "Carriage House" is 1 bedroom apartment next to famous Casa Contente. Close to Downtown and UC Davis. Queen bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Best for 1-2 people, but potentially could accommodate 4. The couch turns into a full bed. No parties, no gatherings and no smoking, please. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
