Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

"Carriage House" is 1 bedroom apartment next to famous Casa Contente. Close to Downtown and UC Davis. Queen bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Best for 1-2 people, but potentially could accommodate 4. The couch turns into a full bed. No parties, no gatherings and no smoking, please. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
