Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

I had a wonderful stay at Christina’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Christina was an excellent host: responsive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the stay. She made check-in easy and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area.

This was our first time staying in a cabin out on the mountains and we do not regret it. Jasons cabin was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a week! The views are better than the photos provided & the privacy makes it so much better. It was so convenient to have access to kitchenware to cook with. From a waffle maker to a cast iron skillet. The jacuzzi was a hit, especially at night you can see the stars pretty clear with all the lights off. Our favorite thing was the fooseball table! Near the cabin we hiked the fraser river canyon trail & even fished there, it was so peaceful. We went during the fall in October, weather was perfect. It was cool enough to do a bonfire during the nightime. We are already planning a trip back but when it is snowing there. I definitely recommend to a couple or a big family, it has everything you need. Rocky Mountain national park is only 40 min drive from the cabin, def recommended going, its worth it for the views! You do need to reserve a time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Annie’s place was wonderful and unique. We loved the western adobe theme and the spacious kitchen and living area. It was clean and cozy. We had a garage to park in and a hot tub to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this quiet setting just outside Fraser to others.

This was the most well-stocked vacation rental we've ever stayed at. It was a great location with beautiful views. The house itself was very spacious, comfortable and had a wonderful layout. Erich was very responsive with anything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, this is an excellent choice!

My stay at Sunrise Ridge was nothing short of amazing. The location offered a perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty, with breathtaking views of the mountains and sky—especially during sunrise and sunset. The accommodations were top-notch; everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of Winter Park snowboarding. The host was fantastic—clear and timely communication made check-in and expectations seamless. Directions were easy to follow, ensuring a stress-free arrival. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the peaceful surroundings, made this stay truly special. I would stay here again and highly recommend Sunrise!

Great condo and great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a huge perk. I appreciated Roger’s great communication, always sending tidbits before I needed info—for checkin, for pool access, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Had an amazing time at this cabin. It has everything for a getaway. It even included an outdoor grill which we found super helpful and useful. The place was pretty clean overall and I had a good experience. I would definitely come back again. Also, it’s about 510 minute walk from Saint Mary’s hike so you don’t even have to pay for parking since you could just walk there. It’s so nice. I enjoyed it.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

Wonderful peaceful spot! The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay (including supper WiFi ) and the area was so beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the lake most days and there are lots of hiking trails and scenic drives in the area. Nicholas was a great host- very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this spot!

If you want some rest from hectic life - Nicole's place is great for it! We had 3 peaceful days in this apartment. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wooden bedroom is very nice! Great views from all the windows! A lot of natural light even when it's cloudy outside. Kitchen has everything we needed for our stay to cook simple meals. Gas stove works good and adds another peaceful moment when sitting in the rocking chair by the fireplace. It was easy to communicate with Nicole when we had couple questions. The apartment is really clean even though they allow to come with pets. We also left it clean after being there with our cat. Really lovely weekend in lovely apartment! Looking forward to come back in the future!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

Good responsive hosts Clean home Can be a little tight in the living room with 5 guests max, very comfortable with 4. Their guest max made sense haha EXCELLENT location for winter park resort and west side rockies

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Beautiful studio in a great location. Just 25 mins from Grand Lake and RMNP. The studio is well equipped and very clean. The amenities at the lodge are great, we particularly enjoyed using the gym. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Adriana’s place in Fraser was such a gem! Great location, walking distance from coffee shops, breweries and Safeway + a beautiful view of the mountains. The space was a perfect size for us and she was such a hospitable host - definitely a great valley visiting Fraser/Winter park!

Dawn's place was great. We only stayed one night, but wished we had more nights there. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay there again!
