Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grand County

This is exactly what we were looking for. So beautiful & peaceful & relaxing. It really felt like home. Even though it is in the middle of nowhere, it was just a short drive to different town’s & restaurants & shops. The fire pit was great & it was nice that they left wood for us. It was really fun to make s’mores! I hadn’t done that since I was a kid. My dogs loved it too! The beds were really comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to everyone.

Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

Beautiful place to stay and relax. It accommodated all of our guests comfortably. We really enjoyed the quietness and comfort of this cabin. It's close to a lot of things and the town of Granby offers great shops and good eats! would definitely recommend

Beautiful home and location, and very responsive host! Clean, accurate description, awesome view of the lake. 5 minute drive to the town of Grand Lake. So close to RMNP! Kitchen was stocked with more spices and condiments than I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Deanna!

Great host! Loved everything about the house! Very clean, I am picky about restrooms, but she exceeded my expectations by along shot! Everything was great! I would recommend her to all my friends and family who choose to visit Colorado

Linda’s place was nothing short of incredible. The thoughtfulness with decor, layout, etc made it the perfect getaway from Denver when my parents were in town. The kitchen had everything you would need, the beds were cozy and the hangout area downstairs is where we spent most of our time. So cozy and spacious. We loved listening to music on the Sonos speaker and having access to the garage was really nice too. The property has access to walking trails and is just a short distance from the mountain, restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely will stay here again and hopefully during ski season to be close to the slopes. Linda was awesome! 12/10 recommend this spot

Loved this place! They thought of every detail. The remote needed new batteries, they had batteries. We needed a bandage, they had a First Aid kit. We cooked in both nights, they had everything we needed, including all kinds of spices and cooking oil. Felt open and spacious. We can’t wait to go back!

I felt right at home during my stay. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was professional and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would be happy to stay here again.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

Wonderful peaceful spot! The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay (including supper WiFi ) and the area was so beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the lake most days and there are lots of hiking trails and scenic drives in the area. Nicholas was a great host- very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this spot!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely, comfortable basement flat with the beautiful green aspen forest just outside the windows. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can walk to the restaurants and shops of Winter Park or take the bus if you don’t want to drive. The only issue we encountered is that only one of the windows has a screen, so in warm weather, you may end up letting in bugs along with cool air. Apart from that it was perfect!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Absolutely beautiful place with a kitchen stocked with food and utensils like you would have at home. Stunning view and the sauna was a unique touch!

This was an amazing spot for our family of four! We were super comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick ski trip at Granby Ranch. We would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay! This trip was for Mom & Dad and the two kiddo's, and was sandwiched between father's day and our anniversary. This spot was perfect! The kitchen was beautifully appointed, with all the tools I needed -including cups & utensils for kids. The kids' room was perfect for them (first time in bunk beds & they loved it!), and the primary bedroom was perfect for us, including an incredibly comfy mattress. In fact, between that mattress and the hot tub, my back hasn't felt this good all year! Altogether the place was great -we settled in easily & it was a great 'base' for our mountain trip. The area around the condo is great for evening walks and bike rides with training wheels, and the location is convenient to lots of mountain fun! We loved driving up to Rocky Mountain National Park, and spent a day kayaking at Grand Lake. Altogether, it was a fantastic trip!

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

We had a great time using this as our home base for our trip. Everything was as pictured and described. There were a lot of little extras thrown in which was really nice (kcups, creamers, shower accessories). The pool and hot tubs were great after long days of hiking. They also light a big firepit by the pool every night to hang around. The only negative we had was that someone left a smoldering log in the fireplace. When we arrived, it was smoky inside and we had to put out. It did smell the place up for a bit but we were gone most of the time so no big deal for us. Highly recommend Debbie's Drive in just down the road and the Rocky Mnt Coffee Roastery in the visitor center. Thanks for the great memories!
