Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sveti Vid-Miholjice

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. Our first Airbnb experience, and we're thrilled. we felt at home. Neighborhood quiet and friendly, not in the center. 20 minutes by car from Rijeka, 15 minutes to Crikvenica. Perfect for a trip with pets! Irena was always super accessible and always friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

Bozana is a very nice host. The apartment is big enough for 2 families (4 adults and 2 children) , is clean and at 12-14 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. It will be our first choice if we will come back to Krk island.

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the house for 1 week. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The communication with Nikola was great. The house is prepared with so much love, you feel at home and even better with the wonderful pool outside the door. 5 out of 5 points. Absolutely recommend. I'm sure we'll be back. It was one of the best accommodations we ever had. My family stayed at the main house. Nothing was missing. A complete amenity! We were greeted with cold drinks and Easter snacks. Communication was also great. The location was also good, right on a main road but you didn't hear about it. The pool was the highlight of the kids and really nice and warm. We would definitely come back again and also 100% recommend the house.
