A house with 3 apartments. The Marinero apartment is located in a high loft with a beautiful view of the bay. It has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room! On the ground floor there is a pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchen available to guests from all 3 apartments. All apartments have wifi and internet TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The distance from the sea and the beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, and 5 minutes by car from the center of Malinska.

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.
