Comfortable, well-furnished apartment with a beautiful view, clean and spacious. The location is perfect where you can feel the breeze from the sea. Large shaded terrace with a beautiful view. Very good contact with a nice helpful host. A big plus for me was the possibility of parking the car in the garage! Staying in this apartment is a pure pleasure, we will definitely come back here. We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We had wonderful days at the apartment in Tkon. you can have a coffee with a nice view in the morning and after that go a few steps down to the beach where you can have a swim. You will find nice restaurants just a few minutes of walking. Would love to come back one day.

This place is pure magic! The apartment is so beautiful and modern. Its even more beautiful in person than on the photos. The views are to die for. I truly enjoyed my stay. And Ivan was very hospitable and friendly. I felt at home straight away. I would 100% recommend!

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger. Good location right on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the preseason, you can have a nice and quiet vacation there. Many thanks to the lovely hostess.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Very friendly hosts. The apartment is just like the photos. Great beds. Large and comfortable apartment. Everything is in place, including a coffee maker. The kitchen is super-equipped. Great patio, garden, barbecue area. We felt very comfortable there. I recommend these hosts😀

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again
