On the lower floor there is a toilet with a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. The upper floor consists of a bed with a beautiful fireplace that gives a special atmosphere and a balcony overlooking the place. The apartment is located in the very center of Sutivan surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone houses, only 150 meters from the waterfront and the sea. It is air-conditioned, has wi-fi and private parking.

Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. The Palace itself,1700 years old, is just a short 5 min walk from the apartment and its a certified UNESCO site. Filled with lots of small caffes and pitorescque restaurants it offers entertainment and Croatian cuisine at its best. Beaches are not far,a 15 min walk from the apartment at either side of the port. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.
