This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Far enough away from the neighbors it provides peace and quiet,about 70m away from the own beach and has spectacular seaview all day long.It is 1.5km away from Milna and the road is part tarmac part gravel road. The house have plenty of room,equipt with evrything you need (modern kitchen,new toilets,full size beds,air condition,bbq),clean and nice.The hot tub(yacuzi) placed next to the house brings you pleasure and relaxing.
