The apartment was nicer than the pictures, large shared spaces, clean and an unobstructed gorgeous view of the beach. The well stocked kitchen had lots of extras and every pan, whisk or knife I needed was there and in good condition. Cooking for your family will be a breeze. I admittedly cemented purchasing this vacation before realizing it was bay front and we were a little nervous it would be muddy or lack that ocean feel, not at all. We brought blow up paddle boards and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Every day simply felt like the best calm beach day you’ve ever been given, we spent every day waiting in the ocean for dolphin pods that came in extremely close to shore at high tide. The beach is very narrow at high tide but since there is no overcrowding, it still feels like you have plenty of room. There was a family with several babies staying upstairs. We did hear them in the mornings but our sleep was never interrupted. It was not an issue. Gorgeous home. Perfect vacation.

We LOVED staying here for a quick weekend trip. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient, and the condo itself was beautiful! It was very clean and well-maintained, and the pool deck and other amenities were wonderful. We didn’t have any issues as Gail was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out instructions! I could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again during peak season!

Pena place was new, neat and clean. He was very responsive. It is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that was fairly priced. We enjoyed the space feeling right at home with no problems. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here- the condo was beautifully furnished and conveniently located in Dewey Beach. You can't beat being on the bay and a two minute walk from the beach. Communication, amenities, cleanliness and comfort were all top notch. We loved it so much that we extended our stay on the host's hotel recommendation! Already recommending this place to friends who want to stay in the area!!

We had a wonderful stay. Cannot beat the location of this place. Beautiful views from every window. Lovely beach for walks and a swim. The space itself has everything you need and was very clean. We did not have enough time to enjoy the fire pit or kayaks, but the hot tub was really the cherry on top. We even were able to watch dolphins swim while in the hot tub. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect location, between walking to the ocean or at to the bay. The place was beautiful and bigger than expected, perfect for our little toddler!

We had a great time staying here. It was quiet, clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. Even the couch was comfortable! It’s also a quick walk away from Big Fish, a popular seafood spot. I recommend bringing bikes, as it is very bike-able and close enough to bike to the beach/boardwalk area. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

John's home is Beautiful. The house was very clean and well decorated. It was so nice having the fenced in back yard for my 2 goldendoodles. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Very dog friendly but so clean you wouldn't think dogs stay there:)

We loved this house and we will definitely be back one day! We were there as a family for my mom's 65th birthday and had a great time. The house being dog friendly and having a spacious yard is a huge bonus. The living room had plenty of seating and it was nice that the living room/kitchen area is so open. The house is very conveniently located and it was easy for us to spend time in Cape Henlopen, Lewes, Bethany and more. Jessica was very easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house to anyone!

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

The Suncatcher house was a beautiful choice for our family. As everyone agreed, “ this place has great vibes!” We loved the fact that there were several different areas where different groups could congregate. Another amazing plus is that it has to be the best equipped Airbnb kitchen I have ever seen. They even have a salad spinner! Very important for my crew. The location is terrific, and the house is easy to find by virtue of the orange planters in the front. All our cars were parked the entire time. We never had to drive anywhere except to our event. Some small touches I’d like to mention, the grab bars in the shower were a blessing. The washer and dryer were huge. The Sonos speakers were a great addition. Ted is a great host. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is searching for more of a traditional Rehoboth experience than a cookie cutter rental property.

We had a great week staying here, and enjoyed the views from all of the decks, the sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed the location, being off the main island away from the noise but so close to everything still. Just a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, cute towns like Berlin, and shopping. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay, the hot tub and games were a big hit with everyone. We walked to restaurants and saw some great wildlife too. Would definitely recommend!

Van's home was beautiful and spacious! We had three families (6 adults, 2 kids) staying there, and we had plenty of room! The pool was lovely, and the backyard was great! The only bummer was that there was construction going on behind the property, and it was quite loud during the day on weekdays. Otherwise, we had a fantastic visit and would suggest this home to others!

This was a beautiful house about a 10 minute drive to the beach. It was one of the best supplied Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in: very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc. My friends and I really enjoyed it.

Debbie was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger, multigenerational group. The bedrooms on the ground floor were a major bonus for my mom--who has mobility issues--and my sister, who has a new baby. The screened in porch and grill were also much enjoyed during our stay.

Amazing place to stay at Dewey Beach! We will definitely be back! Everything is so clean! The little details to everything really made this an incredible stay, from the kids toys, toiletries, kitchen items, even little mints in the bathroom! They truly think of everything! We cant wait to come back!

Overall the stay was great! Minor hiccup trying to get into the actual place as we checked in after hours, however the staff did respond quickly and we were able to enter the home. Will definitely recommend Vacasa properties to friends and family

Mike is a excellent host the apartment was so amazingly clean and had everything that I would need. Mike recommended places to explore everyday which was very helpful. You can explore the beautiful town on a bike and also go to the beach. Thank you Mike for the excellent experience. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back next year.

AJ & Stephanie were phenomenal hosts! Their home gave all the cozy vibes. It was a short ride from all restaurants, activities, and the beach. While the weather didn’t hold up great we still had lots to do/explore. They provided great recommendations for food/drinks/activities. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at 805B Brandywine House. The unit is tastefully decorated for a beach condo. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and pots and pans. And it truly is steps to a beautiful beach and pool. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and used the BBQ downstairs on two occasions. We would love to return to Sea Colony. It checked off all of our boxes for a fantastic beach vacation.

What a great place! Walkable to historic Lewes. Walkable to the Bay or you can drive with free parking Mike mentioned. The place was great and I can't wait for my next stay!

This was our second time at the Beach Camp. It is just a great location in Lewes, so we invited friends this time and they rented another unit from Mike right next door! The unit is clean and comfortable. The bikes provided invite you to go outdoors and explore. The beach and restaurants are walkable. There is a hose right by the door so you don't bring the sand inside. And unlike some other places I checked in Lewes, there is plenty of parking right by the unit. Mike communicates clearly and promptly with instructions as well as tips for things to do. We used the kayak coupons to get out on the water and do bird watching. This is a fun get away, so I encourage you to stay at Mike's place.
