Vacation rentals with a pool in Sussex County

We loved this house. First- I want to express how nice Kristin is. When we arrived early after a 9 hour drive she let us check in early and responded very rapidly to any inquiries I had. My kids spent hours playing with all the toys provided and the fenced in back yard was great for them to play in. The community pool was the cherry on top. We went every day and met some of the nicest neighbors! This area is very safe and convenient. 15 mins to Lewes beach, 20 to Rehoboth and 20 to Henlopen state park. My kids loved the Movie at Midway (10 min drive), the water parks (15 min drive) and Funland (20 mins) and a trampoline park (10 mins). The kitchen was fully stocked and had non stick pans that were NOT SCRATCHED! (That’s rare for Airbnb’s) We cooked every single night at home and lacked for nothing. I would rate this 100 stars if I could!

Autumn’s place was such a gem in a great location. I’m so glad I found Autumn’s place and that it was available because it was the perfect for girl’s weekend with 9 other girls! Autumn’s place was stocked with beach towels and chairs so we did not need to pack our own and this was such a great amenity. The pool was also a nice feature because we liked to relax there after a day on the beach. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Autumn was very responsive and accommodating and provided great recommendations on things to do in the area. All the girls were very impressed with the house and it is laid out perfectly for a large gathering and was very spacious. Thanks for being a great host, Autumn! We’d love to come back if we are lucky enough to find any availability!

This house exceeded our expectations and the photos online as it had a beautiful setting, spacious with large windows, lots of light, a beautiful view of the lake and the pool, excellent fishing, and we even saw a bald eagle! We bought our kayaks and enjoyed the lake and the house was so well supplied with anything guests would need. Lots of things to do in nearby Lewes and Rehobeth – beaches, mini golf, outlet malls, antique stores, really good seafood restaurants, cycling on the bicycle path that is very convenient,and fishing in the canal and off the pier. We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

My family had a wonderful stay at Linda’s. She is so responsive and even brought over a pack and play for our daughter. The house is clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Centrally located a short drive and about a 20 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. I would definitely recommend this to others!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

Stephanie’s home was very cozy and clean. Our family enjoyed the privacy of the community and how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Her home was lovely and exactly what she had described. She had everything we needed for our dog too.

We had a wonderful stay, the weather was gloomy but the Airbnb had games and other stuff to keep us occupied. The place was very clean and just how it looks in the pictures.

Great place to stay at Sea Colony. The place was very nice and looked just like the pictures, and the amenities at the resort were excellent. My husband loved the open pickleball play and we both liked the pools and tram. Great location between many beach towns and boardwalks.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

I can't say enough good things about Ana and this lovely condo. First things first, Ana as a host is everything you'd wish for- friendly, sincere, gracious, patient and very helpful! A week and a half before check-in, my sister had a specific question about parking in town so I asked Ana. She took the time to point me in the right direction and also suggested Salt Air for the kind of restaurant we wanted. And she was right! This condo is lovely, I've been going to turtle bridge for years so the proximity to the bridge and Silver Lake was wonderful. We are already daydreaming of when we'll come back. Nothing is more soothing than sitting with your morning tea and checking emails with the lake moving so close to you. We were able to go out and play badminton, walk to the market, walk into town and visit our old friends- just a dream. I even had to leave half a day early, unexpectedly- everything was smooth. I forgot to throw away my mouthwash bottle in the bathroom when leaving- sorry!

We stayed with 2 little and I felt very comfortable all around. It was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. Felt very homey with decor and amenities. Location is great as we always travel into Lewes

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. It’s a good location — you can avoid the traffic jam on the highway on your way to the beach, but it’s far enough away that you have some privacy and it’s not super expensive. The place itself felt roomy relative to the pictures. Plenty of space for the family of four. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon and made good use of them. Thanks!

Tim and Dana's place was beautiful, spacious and clean. Really impressed by how thoughtful everything was put together. They provided a thorough guidebook, both for house rules and getting around Rehoboth Beach, and was communicative all throughout - from dining and activities recos and whatnot. Only comment is beyond Tim and Dana's control, which is I hope that the community pools were nicer. But all in all, great stay! I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay! This unit is in a prime location, easily accessible to the beach and walkable to all the local attractions. Great ocean views. Hosts were excellent, very accommodating, great communication and an easy to check in and out. Highly recommended!
