Modern, comfortable, super clean cottage! 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with beautiful open floor plan. 2-minute walk to the beach, on the NICEST CUL-DE-SAC in Lewes Beach. Front screened in porch and large NEW deck out front. Family room, open kitchen & dining area. COMFORTABLE beds! 1st floor, Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full shower. 2nd floor, Front bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 twin bed. Back bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd floor has a full bath/shower. Outdoor shower!

My home is just 2 miles from Bethany Beach and within walking or biking distance (bikes provided) to two seafood restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, and nearby James Farm Ecological Park, Delaware Seashore Fresh Pond Park and The VFW waterfront Post 7234 and no trip is complete without seeing The Wild horses at Assateague National Park. Breakfast served daily Continental or homemade Egg McMuffins, coffee, tea, juice, snacks provided, bottled water and fresh cucumber water.

Contemporary pieces blended with rustic decor creates a relaxed and eclectic feel in the great room. The 2 bedrooms are a spa-romantic style in one bedroom (full) and an elegant travel feel in the other (queen). This is a one-floor, private suite with a separate entrance. Full bathroom and simple galley-style kitchen. I am nestled a half a mile off of a secondary road on a ten-acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway!
