Great and reasonably priced place to stay that is just located right across the beach and minutes from the pier! Was small and cozy, but had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely stay again:)

Our stay at this cozy beach house was very positive and pleasant. It’s a nice cute, comfortable house that is conveniently located close to the ocean/beaches and restaurants that we so enjoyed. The house is furnished with everything we needed to make it a nice stay for us all. We were so very impressed with Jim as far as his communication with us from start to finish…. We absolutely had no trouble with him getting back to us whatsoever… his quick responses were very much appreciated- we were very impressed! We highly recommend this beach house in Galveston!!! Great place for two families with toddlers to spend a long weekend! The view from the balcony was great, and the pool and the lazy river were a ton of fun. The room itself was good for a long weekend, but it might have felt a little cramped if the stay was much longer than that. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and will definitely consider it for our next trip to Galveston!

We've stayed at several Air B n B's in Galveston and this was a great find. Great hostess, good check in, super clean place. Nice amenities- led fridge, dishwasher, great parking, comfy bed. Nice view on the balcony of the gulf and pool. Quiet, gated property. Would stay again.

Wow! What an incredible place and an incredible host. We've stayed at over 30 Airbnbs and this is the only host that has gone this above and beyond - stocking the kitchen in anticipation of our Thanksgiving feast, a doggie basket with toys for our pups, a gorgeous pecan dessert and yummy pasta/sauce on the kitchen table, a zoom call to welcome us and to find out what else we needed (she ordered us more kitchen utensils & a fan from Target). The home feels like a home. Super clean, lots of character - high ceilings, lovely woodwork, lots of light, a sweet fully fenced in yard, and large comfy bedrooms. There are two bathrooms but everyone ends up using 1 upstairs as their main bathroom since it's the one with a shower - not an issue for us just FYI. The neighborhood is super walkable - so many gorgeous homes on every block. Easy to get to the Strand, beach and Broadway. Two thumbs way up for people with or without dogs! Simply amazing. We originally got the house for summer 2024 but the hurricane burlin had ruined it and we had to leave after just one night and Gloria was very understanding and professional and allowed us to reschedule for another time. We recently stayed there and continued our stay there and everything was just as we expected, everything clean, everything we needed to cook with was there, the patio was awesome to sit on day and night. She even recommended a hidden spot to see some peacocks and it was a fun adventure. Overall, you won’t regret the stay there!!! 10/10 highly recommended

This beautiful home was absolutely amazing. We spent a little over a week here and everything was just beautiful. The fishing was fantastic the yard was great for our 3 dogs. This home is the perfect getaway. Evan was very accommodating and really helpful when needed. We will definitely be back.

Cozy little bungalow, perfect for a family weekend at the beach. This is a smaller beach house, but it was perfect for my needs, 2 br, 1 bath and beautiful views of the ocean. The area is a short walk from a public and private beach. Definitely close enough you can walk back for more snacks/kiddo potty breaks. The kitchenette is fully stocked, had plenty of plates/cooking utensils/pots and pans. there were also a few spices and condiments as well. All paper products were supplied (and enough for our 4 night stay). check-in and out were easy as pie. Janet was a great communicator and even offered early check-in/late check-out as the unit was available. Only one thing I truly missed was an outdoor shower, but there was a hose for feet washing and we made do! Loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Neptune's Nest! The host was very responsive for anything that we needed. We enjoyed the beach, playing in the ocean, grilling out, and the views from the outdoor balconies. It was a great space for our group!

This house is probably the best location for it’s walkability to the coolest strip of beach in Surfside. The place was clean and creatively decorated—looks like newly renovated floors and countertops with custom art on the walls. Very chill, surfer vibe with a nice dark second bedroom for my wife to sleep in. Wi-Fi was strong enough for uninterrupted video calls and roku. Plus there’s some good eating nearby—fancy and dirty Cajun alike.

This was the second time staying here and it was even nicer than the first time! My grandmother passed away this past November and one of her final wishes was to book a family vacation to celebrate her memory at the beach. We chose to book this location based on our experience staying here in 2023 and Arlene has made a lot of upgrades to the space that we loved! This is the perfect space to get away with a larger group to the beach and not have to drive anywhere. We loved the privacy of the sleeping arrangements and open common areas. We will definitely book with Arlene again for any future Freeport beach vacations.

We have stayed at this house several times. Its an amazing home and so close to the beach. I highly recommend it.

Very easy location to seawall / pleasure pier. Nice house but expect “drifters” on the street. Mixed surroundings. House was great. Would def stay again. Host was helpful with recommendations for coffee and eating. Everything I tried was spot on.

Had a great time! Very accommodating compared to other condos we booked in the past. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Even had a pantry with a couple seasonings. The cable was out. However, when I informed the host they had an immediate response and tried to help diagnose. We had access to Tv apps so all was good! The hosts were absolutely fabulous- they let us check in early and were super responsive any time we had a question. I would definitely book this room again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this beautiful beach house. The views of the ocean are amazing from the deck and the beach is a quick and easy walk from the house. The house was extremely clean and the owner left clear instructions for our stay/checkout. We’d definitely return and stay at this spot again.

We loved the place and will definitely come again. Jackie was very responsive, her place was clean, and a great location. We highly recommend 😊
