When entertaining at home there's an 82" Smart TV in the living room and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. ( no cable but lg asst of channels)

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp.
