The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

The two-story property is elevated on stilts, featuring multiple balconies with railings that offer views of the surrounding area. A golf cart is visible underneath the house, and vibrant sunset colors fill the sky, enhancing the tranquil setting.
