This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife, yet 5 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, 7 minutes from Space Center Houston and 30 minutes to Galveston and downtown Houston. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large jacuzzi and deck with firepit and smoker. Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house suitable for max 4 adults & 3 children. Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined and fully renovated by us in 2021. While we renovated the property we have added lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental; it’s our home away from home. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grant, the large fenced in yard is perfect for families with pets & children, the pedestrian beach is 3 minutes walk.

A wooden boardwalk leads from the grassy area towards a two-story cottage with balconies. The structure is flanked by palm trees, with reflections visible in the water nearby. The sky is partly cloudy, creating a bright, inviting scene.

Our home tells a tale of nostalgic memory for all guests. Paying attention to the uniformity of the interiors, making sure that all amenities are clean, and maintained to standard that guests appreciate for a time away from home. We boast of a fully stocked kitchen, a view of the lake, bay and beach from some rooms. Hot Tub to soak in (at resort), fire pit, clean linens, other club amenity includes lazy river, infinity pool, restaurant, bar, etc We'd be glad to host you!

Access to fishing in canal or a boat ride from the house to amazing Christmas bay. Marina is right down the road. Parking for 2-3 cars.
