As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Host was easy to communicate. Space was enough for myself n my 2 friends n the beds was EXTRA comfortable even the sofa.

We had a great time at Steven’s ocean front condo! We stayed for a week and the views are stunning. Easy beach front access. The condo was very clean and spacious. The pool area was clean and inviting. Steven was quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

This was a perfect place for our family of five. Everyone had space to spread out, and we loved the balcony for birdwatching and people-watching. It was very close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful for cooling off from the afternoon sun.

My family and I had an awesome and wonderful stay, the property was beautiful, clean, just as it appeared on the Airbnb site, even better in person, it’s walking distances to the beach, quiet and private. David was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next stay next year. 😊

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

We were there to relax. And we did! House is great, clean and plenty of room not to be on top of each. Brought my dog, Buddy, first time at the beach. Had some early morning walks on the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and grocery store was just up the road. A long drive from Buford, GA but it was worth it. Oh, the heat in the pool was worth it! Thank you for your hospitality.

I cannot say enough about how much we loved Ruthie’s Place! It was beautifully appointed and the view was so peaceful . Everything from the linens to the kitchen utensils were top notch. The home had anything you could possible need and more. By far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in.

Condo was very clean, we had everything we needed. The bath towels were extra fluffy and new. The view from the balcony can’t be beat, we saw beautiful sunrises each morning.

What a fabulous find! Even better than the pictures! Great location, right on the beach, balcony overlooking the waves, fully loaded with everything you need. Took my 81 year old Mother and it was very easy for her as well. If relaxing and listening to the waves is what you are in need of, look no further. Sandy Toes is the place to be! We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Carrie’s Airbnb! It truly felt just like home — cozy, clean, and exactly as pictured. Everything was well thought out and comfortable, making it the perfect getaway for our family. We come to the beach every summer, and we’ll definitely be returning to Ms. Carrie’s place. 10/10 — highly recommend!
