The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

A Pelican Paradise is a close walk to the beach!

We love our cute beach bungalow! It's in a quiet neighborhood in Surfside Beach just a short block to the beach and ocean. It's only about 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach to the north and Murrell's Inlet to the soutj. The area is known for all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, miniature golf, and regular golf. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3. Keys are in a keybox on front door with code provided about a week before arrival.

The living room features a comfortable gray sofa and a wooden coffee table, with light-colored tiles covering the floor. A ceiling fan is visible above, and large sliding glass doors open to the ocean view. Soft blue curtains frame the doorway, enhancing the coastal ambiance.

Featured on HGTV's "Beach Front Bargain Hunt"!- Beautiful, recently upgraded, oceanfront condo, right on the beach! Both the living room and bedroom have ocean views. There is a King Size bed in the master bedroom and King bed in 2nd bedroom. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.

The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
