Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-meter micro-cottage. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The cottage can be cooled or heated. There are mosquito nets on the windows and an insect screen on the front door. In the outdoor sauna, there is a hot shower + firewood for heating the stove. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen nook. Clear instructions for everything. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 TVs. When you leave, just take your own belongings with you. NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive individuals. Stairs and an uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise!

Rakkaranta, C. Henry Ford Cabin

The Henry Ford cabin is the smallest of the villas in the new Rakkaranta holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, close to the Ukkohalla ski slopes. The lake and slopes open up directly from the large windows (blackout curtains). In the lakeside sauna, you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna while admiring the lake scenery through the large viewing windows in the sauna and sauna room. The maintenance building has a laundry room and a fitness room that are free to use. Electric car charging points, 2 x 11kW Type 2 and 2 x 16A Super Suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Jaakkola

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and airy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen. There is also plenty of space and sleeping places in the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the modern conveniences, and the large windows offer a magnificent lake view in two directions. It's nice to watch the northern lights and listen to the silence in the warmth of the fireplace. Welcome!

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Lakeside Pines Cabin

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. For example, the ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world, and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski tracks and sled trails 150m away. THE SUP BOARD IS INCLUDED IN THE CABIN RENTAL. Charging an electric/hybrid car is possible at low power and for an additional fee. 17 EUR/day
