Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

This centrally located and large (approx. 150m2) property has room for even a larger group. Spacious living areas and a total of 4 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, two with 2x 80 cm beds and the smallest bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The cross-country skiing trail/ski tracks go next to the plot. The indoor swimming pool is located just over 0.5 km away. All the essentials for your stay can be found. Your own linen/towels must be included. Final cleaning is the guest's responsibility or for an additional fee (200€).

(Especially international travelers praise the value for money as really good) Lake view! Cottage on 3 levels. Stairs with normal slope. Linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest cleans the cottage when leaving. Pets are not allowed!

With pets to a lakeside cabin to the Northeast

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Lakeside cottage in Suomussalmi

Idyllinen mökki Kiantajärven rannalla Suomussalmella. Mökki on talviasuttava ja varustettu täysillä mukavuuksilla ja nukkumaan mahtuu mukavasti 7 henkeä. Mökkiin kuuluu rantasauna, laituri, hiekkaranta, autokatos, sekä iso patio, josta upea järvinäkymä. Käytössä on myös perämoottorillinen soutuvene ja sup-lauta. Mökki sijaitsee 6 km päässä Suomussalmen keskustasta, sekä 30 km päässä Ukkohallan laskettelurinteistä.

Come and relax in the unique Ukkohalla. The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. Ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski slopes and sledding tracks 150m away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reason is the steep stairs leading downstairs.
