My partner enjoyed all the amenities and relaxing near the beach was perfect for our get away. The staff was friendly and showed us great stores and restaurants to go to. Would definitely book again.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

We had a nice stay at Teresa’s condo! It was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for us with a lot of things in walking distance. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and proactive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cy’s beautiful Airbnb! The location was incredible - less than 5 minute walking distance to an amazing beach and amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Cy was very friendly and helpful and extremely responsive. The Airbnb is perfect for a peaceful getaway, in a neighborhood that felt extremely safe and beautiful and lots of space for parking. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, whether it’s to enjoy some peaceful beach days or explore San Diego and beyond, we thought this Airbnb was located perfectly and provided so much space!

Husband and I enjoyed our time in this squeaky clean and cozy tiny house! Hosts were extremely communicative, kind, and accommodating. The area was perfect! One minute walk to beach. Definitely would stay again.

Came here for my birthday and I really appreciate how close it was to the beach, shops and restaurants. I appreciate how clean this beautiful home is. Directions were clear and super happy that they were able to get us in by 4ish. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

The place is way better in person than the pictures. Every amenity you can think of and even things you don’t think of are properly labeled and organized. It truly is a vacation spot and made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort. The views of the bay from Tijuana to downtown were spectacular. Eating meals and having drinks by the pool while watching the sunset are some of the best we’ve seen in San Diego. There is so much to do we didn’t want to leave the place. Patrick made us feel like family and welcomed us personally and walked us through his home. This touch was very well received. He was responsive and very friendly. The place is pristine and it’s obvious they have put lots of love into the place. I wish I could give it more stars than the 5 stars. We definitely will be back and look forward to visiting this place soon.

This place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The photos and description were completely accurate, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was, yet still close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at PB's Place! Katrina was very responsive and the place had everything you would need. The kitchen actually felt bigger than I expected from the photos. Linens and towels were all great quality, bed was very comfy. You can't beat the location, it is so close to the beach and having access to the beach chairs was great. Definitely have to have a small car to fit in the garage, but that was also great to have access to. We would definitely stay here again, it was very homey and had everything we needed.

We had such a lovely time at Jane's casita. It was so quiet, walkable to everything, and peaceful. Lots of birds to be seen from the patio. I'm glad we stayed here for our San Diego vacation and would definitely stay here again! Cute decor, too :)

We enjoyed our staycation in San Diego, thanks to our beautiful home away from home at Jason’s Air BnB unit. The beach is within walking distance from the house and there are plenty of good restaurants to go to nearby. We appreciate that Jason’s place is dog-friendly as the neighborhood is very dog friendly. There are some good dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance and the dog beach in San Diego is within walking distance too. It’s a perfect place to have a staycation with family and furbabies. Thank you Jason and Keri for all the clear instructions about the house that it made our stay smooth sailing! Definitely booking again if we ever need a staycation in SD in the future.

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

Tiny but very comfortable beach spot! Feels very private and safe and I loved the little carriage house doors that open to the parking spot. No kitchen and limited storage so this is better for a short stay which was perfect for us. 15-20min walk to downtown OB, we did not need to drive at all! Thank you :)

Beautiful home in a great location! Lisa was responsive and easy to work with throughout our booking, before and after arriving. The only downside was that they have beautiful outdoor living space that can’t be used, even for conversation on weekends after 9pm. Quiet hours were posted, but this is the first private property we’ve ever encountered where “quiet hours” meant you literally were not allowed outside the house. Other than that it was an exceptional property. Quality linens, comfortable beds and pillows, lots of extra blankets, equipment to make any kind of coffee your heart desires. Adequate number of glasses, plates, etc and a quality, large capacity, quiet dishwasher which is greatly appreciated in a house intended for up to 8 people!

Kathi and Byron are great hosts and the place is beautiful, exactly as described. We had a great time, the place is very close to everything, there is a liquor store just 1 block away, very comfortable bed, beautiful garden 😃😃😃😃 Thank you very much Kathi, we hope to come back soon to San Diego and we will definitely book your place again.

This was my first AirB&B stay, and I was very pleased! The instructions were easy, and I felt at liberty to go in and out without disturbing anyone. The kitchen was great for cooking up basic meals and saved us on the eating out budget. Most things were well-stocked and the appliances were in working order. We had an issue with the TV, and the hosts were quick to check things out and found a very generous solution for us. Good thing, because we enjoyed ending our days with some movie time. You will not struggle with parking, and the outside patio is just wonderful! Some things to note: People are allowed to bring pets, so you'll probably find dog hairs on the outside furniture. The table inside is a bit small so we ate most of our meals outside. This worked great with the wonderful weather we had, but it might be less fun otherwise. You can also sometimes hear sounds through the shared wall, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. In summary, I would stay here again.

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

I was only able to stay for one night this time, but it was so nice to arrive to a cozy, welcoming, private suite-like space rather than a sterile hotel room. I immediately felt comfortable and knew Teri was available to help me if needed. Exactly as described/pictured and the neighborhood was very quiet. I will definitely book again and hope to stay longer next time!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!
