This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

Carmen's apartment is the best choice in the area by far. You basically get double or triple the space for half the money and the plus is Carmen is the most responsive and accommodating host I ever had in this platform. The apartment is in pristine condition, beach is steps away, restaurants and everything including the Aventura mall are 5 min away. 24hr reception, valet parking, laundry room, parking space and more. I really can't recommend this option enough. Reviews don't lie. It's a solid 5 star. Thanks, Carmen!

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

Es un departamento súper cómodo. A 5 min de la playa caminando. Tiene todas las comodidades que alguien quisiera en la playa (sillas, quitasol, cooler, etc)

Hermoso departamento con vista a la bahia, muy cómodo y funcional para 5 personas. Bien equipado, como indica la publicación. Tuvimos buena comunicación con la empresa rentadora. Esta a menos de 10 min caminando de la playa y de un centro comercial con supermercado y lugares para comer. Super recomendable, sin duda volveremos!

"Un departamento perfecto en una ubicación ideal" Nos encantó hospedarnos en este departamento en Miami. La descripción y las fotos eran totalmente fieles a la realidad, y nos encontramos con un espacio acogedor y bien mantenido. La limpieza era impecable, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos y relajados desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, a solo 150 metros de la playa y en una zona tranquila rodeada de edificios y complejos turísticos. Lo mejor es que el condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas: un pequeño supermercado, una peluquería, una cafetería y más. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Tiene lo ideal para llevar a la playa (reposeras, sombrillas). Sin dudas, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. La experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. Recomendamos este departamento a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para disfrutar de su estancia en Miami.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!

Die Wohnung ist für eine 3,5-Zimmerwohnung sehr gross. Grosse Zimmer, 2 Balkone mit wunderschöner Sicht auf die Bucht mit Sonnenuntergang. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Es war ein wenig schade, dass im Nebenhaus die Abfallkontainer inmitten der Nacht geleert werden, dies an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tage. Dies war in den Zimmern sehr laut. Zwar nur kurz aber es hat uns trotzdem geweckt. Auch war am Samstagabend das Lokal auf der anderen Seite der Bucht sehr gut bis um Mitternacht zu hören. Die Musik war sehr laut. Dafür kann Alexey aber nichts. Er war ein toller Gastgeber und die Wohnung war toll! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder gehen.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Great spot! Lots of room in the condo with a great view and private jacuzzi that was well maintained and cleaned. You fill it up with water yourself so you know it’s clean. (Takes 10-15 min to fill not bad). Great location and definitely in walking distance to everything. Prepare for very expensive parking! Two days was 160 bucks. Not the hosts fault or problem just be prepared. Well worth it all.

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

My sister and I stayed here for a friend's wedding so it was perfect for the 2 of us. Balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Living room area was roomy for lounging (we didn't watch TV). Bed was comfortable and bedroom has very blackout curtains. There are closets in the bedroom and living room area, so plenty of room to store clothes. We didn't use the kitchen other than making coffee and using the fridge - but its a full kitchen if you need it. The Marenas Resort has a pool, jacuzzi, and access to the beach with their own patio chairs. We only used the jacuzzi since it was cold that weekend :(. Location of Marenas is along a busy street with many other high-rise condos/hotels. Easy to walk to the Publix and other restaurants on Collins Ave (5 to 15 minutes walk). Maria was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat nearby. She was also very responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Muy buen lugar para estadías cortas en Miami. Cerca a absolutamente todo y muy fácil para llegar a planes en otra zonas como south beach. Todas las amenities disponibles. I’ve been to many Airbnb‘s in Florida, and this one definitely stood out. The host was super nice and very proactive making sure our vacation was its best. We really enjoyed. Thank you very much.
