Well-equipped cabin from 2020/1850 by Hestadfjorden

The cabin is 120 sqm and was completed in the spring of 2020. The cabin is of very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 - originally from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, laundry room and sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. To fish in the water you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located by Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley you come to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13,000 inhabitants

The old house at Solnes Farm

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents received the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from around 1950. We live in the other part of the house. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life as we are in full employment and have four small children.

Nice trips nearby, including Vallestadfossen which is 500 meters away. Mountain trips are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This is free. The nearest town is Førde which is 30 minutes away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 m from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

In the evening, you can lounge on the terrace with its 7-seat Jacuzzi, gas barbecue, and garden furniture. We rent out a house with 4 beds in quiet surroundings 15 km from Førde city. The house has its own entrance with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. There are sheets and towels in the house. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Here is a steep staircase, but there are railings. It is an older house and it is on a farm. There is beautiful nature and easy access to mountain hikes. There is also free parking. Hope this can be something for you. We look forward to meeting you.

This comfortable cabin are located in the beautiful village Kandal in Gloppen, Sogn og Fjordane. If you are looking for something special, this will be the perfect place. Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!

Welcome to the Opera Farm: "Sølvane Farm" Enjoy nature, food and culture at our farm while staying in this blue house next to the concert barn. This house is one of 10 houses, rooms and cabins at the farm, and we have 6 suites opened 2022. Total we can accommodate 50 guests. We have concerts, dinners and events at the barn the whole summer.
