Idyllic summer cottage by the waterfront in Jølster

Welcome to Jølster! This cottage is idyllically located at the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with fantastic views. Enjoy lazy or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowing boat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). Spacious house surrounded by Norwegian nature idyll. Here the whole family can find peace and experience nature up close. From the house you can rush down to the water and river, or follow the path to Skjorta (1470 meters above sea level) and several other mountain peaks with spectacular views. Eggjenipa, a popular tourist destination, is only 20 minutes away by car. To Olden it is approx. one hour, with a short distance further to Loen and Stryn. Grocery store, gas and charging station is about 10 minutes away by car.

READ ALL: This apartment has a fantastic view over the city, and a training room! It's located on the first floor of our newly built house, with it's own entrance from the terrace. It has large, airy windows, with a great view, mini-fridge & microwave (crisp) You'll dispose the whole apartment by your own. The hallway between the living room and the rest of the rooms is only separated by floor to ceiling curtains, meaning that you'll hear sounds from us upstairs while you're in the hallway.

Sit on one of the four terraces or down on the dock and experience the intensity and beauty of nature in variations of light, colors, and shapes as you breathe in fresh air and can watch the eagle fly low above the terrain. If you have lots of energy, you can put on mountain shoes and visit one of the great peaks right outside the door, drive up to the beautiful waterfall trails on Gaularfjellet or try your fishing luck from the boat or jetty edge.

A cabin in the mountain of west Norway. This cabin is surrounded by amazing Norwegian wildlife. Just outside the door you are in the middle of beatiful mountains, a lake and a river. A place perfect for hiking, relaxing and fishing. There are two canoes by the lake you can use. The cabin does not have a shower. But bring the shampoo to the river or the lake, and you can take the bodywash to a next level. This place gives you a nice break only a 25 minute drive from Førde city center.

Jostedalsbreen Cabin + Kayak

The cottage is located on the popular tourist route Nasjonal turistveg Gaularfjellet, which stretches for about 114 km and offers spectacular views of fjords, waterfalls and mountain valleys. During your stay, the cottage will be accompanied by views of Sognefjorden, the longest fjord in Europe, and numerous waterfalls. The picturesque town of Balestrand is just a 25-minute drive away. The cottage is located directly next to a nature reserve for wild birds and many other attractions.
