Welcome to Jølster! This summer cottage is idyllically located on the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with a stunning view. Enjoy late or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowboat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). The cabin is located in a rural area in a common yard with the farm. Great views with evening sun, patio and swimming facilities in the fjord. Possibility for electric car charging.

The old house at Solnes Farm

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents received the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from around 1950. We live in the other part of the house. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life as we are in full employment and have four small children.

A cabin in the mountain of west Norway. This cabin is surrounded by amazing Norwegian wildlife. Just outside the door you are in the middle of beatiful mountains, a lake and a river. A place perfect for hiking, relaxing and fishing. There are two canoes by the lake you can use. The cabin does not have a shower. But bring the shampoo to the river or the lake, and you can take the bodywash to a next level. This place gives you a nice break only a 25 minute drive from Førde city center.

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

The cottage is located on the popular tourist route Nasjonal turistveg Gaularfjellet, which stretches for about 114 km and offers spectacular views of fjords, waterfalls and mountain valleys. During your stay, the cottage will be accompanied by views of Sognefjorden, the longest fjord in Europe, and numerous waterfalls. The picturesque town of Balestrand is just a 25-minute drive away. The cottage is located directly next to a nature reserve for wild birds and many other attractions.
