Gainford village is an ideal location to start a hike or bike ride from and the river Tees is a 2min walk. Bus stops are 20m from the front door to get you to town.

The patio doors lead to a large enclosed yard which is covered with artificial grass and has seating. The house will be fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
