Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience staying at Care BnB’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

We had a love family holiday. The home was a good base for a range of activities. We took the ferry and visited the market. We did some fishing at the wharf, and visited Orton Bradley Park. The home was warm, very clean, with everything you need for your stay. Thank you for having us.

House is excellent for your moneys worth .the spa topped it off . Me & my family had a great stay & outside yard was great for our wee one to run around & burn some energy. Host was super helpful beautiful home they have highly recommend for your next stay .we wil definitely be booking again when we visit christchurch next

Our family of 5, all adults, stayed at Steven & Amanda's place for 6 nights, and we loved it! Very comfortable and clean, lots of amenities, some super-clear instructions on how things work in the house, and easily contactable hosts. What a diamond! I had to tear myself away from this beautiful, sunny, warm, private, and very comfortable home, with views to die for, all the mod cons, and the spectacular Coastal Walkway right on the doorstep. A week was hardly enough to make the most of this idyllic getaway spot. Thank you, Kelsey! I'll be back.

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Big house but a bit old the wash basin in one bathroom was cracked needs replacing.

We truly recommend this accomodation. The Villa itself is simply stunning and you can feel a sense of heritage in there. From beautiful wooden wall, stained glass and classic exterior. Not only that, the home itself is very high tech with a very modern lightning and heating system. We were impressed with the facilities provided (so many toys and hot tub) and how beautiful the home was! For us it was even more beautiful than the pictures and we weee in awe when we arrived. Overall we all enjoyed our stay! Ohana is fast and friendly. The location of the home is peaceful and not too far from the CBD (around 10-15 mins drive) and quite close to Westfield Riccarton. We highly recommend this beautiful property !

We had a pleasant stay at the villa overall. The location was great—peaceful and private, with beautiful views. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed, with a lovely outdoor area that's perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were comfortable and clean. However, there were a few issues worth noting. Some of the light bulbs around the villa were not working, which made a few areas dim in the evenings. Additionally, one of the bedrooms did not have hot water in the shower, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no light on the hot tub, which made it difficult to use at night time before 10 pm due to winter dark getting sooner. With a bit of maintenance, this villa could be excellent. Despite the minor problems, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning if these were addressed. Thanks for amazing experience ☺️
