Amazing ever changing views

Lovely home with great indoor outdoor flow to the deck for lounging and dining. Easy access from all areas to the spa pool, the pizza oven and fire pit area. The main bedroom has a view out to the city,has access to the deck and ensuite, the bed is a very comfortable split king Napp with massage and relaxing tilt functions. Other bedrooms have queen size murphy beds. Plenty of board games, automatic chess set, piano, TV with Netflix. Property is not suitable for young children.

Ample space in a serene setting

A cosy Mediterranean vibe in a serene setting with glimpses of Lyttelton harbour. Heated by a brand new heat pump with small heaters for each bedroom. We do have a fireplace that you are welcome to use, our local super market has firewood bundles to purchase or we can provide at an extra cost, just send us a message :)
