Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Great apartment and a lot to do in the neighborhood, from beach to mountains and hikes. We were there mid September, at the end of the holiday season. So, it was quiet, sometimes a bit too quiet.
