Villa vacation rentals in Sulmona

Very large and clean house, with a spacious garden absolutely enjoyable. We stayed for two nights and we were two families: we had a great time. On the hill but still close to Ortona, the Trabocchi Coast and other countries. The added value was the courtesy and kindness of the landlady.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and one child for 10 days in Villa Miranda. The house is super spacious, space is more than enough. The location is ideal. A little outside, but beach, city and supermarket can be reached by car in a short time. We spent most of the time at the pool, which is in great condition and clean. The landlady is super nice and helpful. Would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately the vacation was over.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house! The house was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice enclosed garden and breathtaking views. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Antonio was so welcoming and hospitable that we felt like we came to visit a friend :) He provided lots of useful information about the area. We won’t hesitate to book a stay again if we return to Pescara region in the future!

As soon as you're back and we hope to come back... Property in a good location, well cleaned and well-stocked. Beautiful outdoor space, parking inside the courtyard, which is a lot of stuff. The owners are two beautiful people, with whom to have a chat, it is a pleasure, kind and very helpful. We are super satisfied.

A really good experience. Marco's house is in a beautiful location and has a wonderful view from the terrace. The cleanliness on our arrival was impeccable. We found everything without any effort. Special thanks to Mrs. Erminia, always very kind and helpful for all our needs.

We stayed here on the weekend and it was a very pleasant stay, beautiful house well furnished and very accurately clean in every detail. Comfortable covered parking, fantastic house location, impeccable cleanliness, very warm house, nothing is missing to spend a stay with all the comforts of a mountain home. Finally, Lavinia, the owner, was very kind, precise and always active for any request. We will definitely be back

It was just a perfect stay! The house is huge and in a great location. For my tribe finally reunited with 4 scrambled children it was a holiday of absolute freedom. After the morning at the sea, for them there was the afternoon in the pool under the olive trees: very happy! I enjoyed the sunrises on the sea and the evening breeze from the balconies that revolve around the house. There is even a bathroom with balcony overlooking the back. With the French door wide open, it felt like a shower in the trees. Antonello is a welcoming and helpful host and made us feel comfortable. A small internet connection issue was resolved immediately. Carmine, the person who follows the olive groves, was also very kind and generous to us: he brought us the tool to cook the Abruzzo roasts and gave us wine. Thank you for all the attention and great oil!

We were guests for a week as a family with friends and two little girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. In the house everything is available, and it is very spacious so comfortable. There are many nice beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

the location is fantastic, a villa surrounded by the green of the Pescara countryside! It is a fabulous place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! Iryna is a fantastic person, kind and attentive to put the guest at ease! We can't wait to come back! Thanks for everything

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

The place is beautiful , clean , big, big. Well equipped. The location is excellent ,there is a supermarket around and shops to buy groceries , the sea is close by, and also there are villages nearby to hike. The pool and the entire garden are well maintained. We were 7 adults and each had privacy and space.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!
