Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sullivan County

Kim the hostess is what made this AirBNB stay so memorable. She is genuine and incredibly hospitable. River, her loyal half human canine had her defense up at first when we first arrived, but quickly after sensing that we were not a threat or imposing, she became a total mush. Kim’s home became a clean and comfortable abode especially since we had the misfortune of rain during our weekend stay. Despite the occasional flash sprinkles we braved the local trails as Kim recommended. We especially enjoyed the Little Falls trail. At the AirBNB, our grown kids enjoyed the living spaces - watched Netflix, warmed up next to the fireplace and played guitar in the sunroom. The beds and linen were fresh and comfy and each morning Kim prepared a comprehensive and delicious homecooked breakfast. Kim is a very special and energetic woman full of spirit and kindness. We hope to return again!

This is our third time staying with Jill because we love it so much. Jill’s home is clean, warm, and welcoming as is Jill herself. The location is perfect for our needs and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you as always

Corinne's place was perfect. She is very warm and enjoyable to talk to. She was flexible when an issue impacting my trip arose. Guests have the whole upstairs of her house to themselves, so lots of privacy. Would definitely come again next time I'm in the area.

The serenity and peace I experienced was legendary. Daphne was such a gracious host. I had a great dinner in nearby Ellenville and a wonderful night sleep. The bed was super comfortable. I would stay again and recommend this property.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The Zen Farmhouse is a well kept, cozy and clean gem. A peaceful getaway retreat and convenient while visiting SDM. The host, Diana, goes out of her way to be sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. MIss the serene vibes already and hope to get back there soon....

Myself Lucy and Cricket the dog had a lovely 1 night stay at Andrea’s place! Lovely older home and comfy bed, Andrea was super friendly and helpful and even kept Cricket company when went out for dinner. Close to town and right off a main road!

We had a wonderful time at Andrea's AirBNB. I specifically wanted to stay here because the house was my girlfriend's childhood home, but it was a lovely trip even without the sentimental factor. Andrea kept in touch with me to make sure the weekend would work before we booked, and she was easy to talk to and communicate with during our stay. The bed was very soft & comfortable, the area is beautiful, and even though it was February and freezing we took the chance to enjoy the fire pit and see some stars. Looking forward to future trips down the line!

I have stayed in a number of airbnbs and this one is definitely a stand out for all the right reasons. Aaron was an amazing host. Incredibly welcoming and really made me and my friend feel at home. The house is a beautiful and comfortable accommodation. One of the major highlights of this booking was absolutely the breakfast. Aaron could open up his own restaurant. Yes, it's that good. The next time I need a place to stay around this location, I won't hesitate to see if there is availability to book.

Beautiful and cozy space overlooking the Delaware River. The house is warm and welcoming, and a lovely breakfast was prepared every morning with very thoughtful sanity precautions. Would love to come again after Covid!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The host was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. We were surprised by the continental breakfast and fresh fruit every morning. We felt at home.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!
