Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sulcis

Échanges parfait avec Marco, réponses rapides et de bonnes indications notamment sur la recommandation du restaurant le zefiro 👌 Un grand grand merci a Marco pour l'accueil et cette petite maison.

Casa molto spaziosa arredata con cura e dotata di ogni confort per un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Molto bella la grande terrazza con vista mare, con un tavolo enorme per mangiare e fornita di lettini e poltroncine per prendere il sole o rilassarsi con vista dell'isola di San Pietro. Molto comodo il posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà. Portoscuso è un piccolo paese ma sono presenti ristoranti, due grandi supermercati, un'ottima gelateria ed alcuni negozi. In dieci giorni abbiamo visitato le stupende spiagge della zona giungendo fino a Piscinas, Porto Flavia, le isole di Sant'Antioco e San Pietro, la città di Iglesias. Il Sulcis è stata una bellissima scoperta; da consigliare. Paola ci ha accolto molto cordialmente, disponibile anche a lasciarci flessibilità negli orari di arrivo e partenza.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Giovanni, Franca e Beniamino sono persone meravigliose. La loro casa vacanza è semplicemente perfetta per ogni tipo di attività da vacanza ricercata. Oltre alla loro più che completa struttura, chi decide di optare per questa casa vacanza ha tutto il necessario per godersi il tempo speso nel meraviglioso posto da loro organizzato con la beltà negli occhi. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestra estancia en Calaverde, cerca de hermosas playas . La casa tiene todos los detalles y comodidades para que la estadía sea excelente. Nos esperó con masas, desayuno, vino , helado etc,...esto demuestra que le importa mucho sus huéspedes. Siempre nos respondió en el acto cualquier duda o solicitud que le hacíamos. Eramos 2 matrimonios y el hecho de que uno de los baños no tuvierq ducha no fue un inconveniente ya que la ducha de afuera fue perfecta para poder bañarnos con comodidad. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar fue que no podes llegar con el auto hasta la casa y el acceso con valijas por un camino desparejo de lajas fue algo dificultoso, esto es del barrio y no de Ludovica. Wat een mooie lokatie om onze vakantie te mogen doorbrengen. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht. Louisiana is echt heel aardig en gastvrij. Zijn goed bereikbaar via whats app. Wij voelden ons heel erg welkom. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk. Wij voelden ons heel erg verwend.

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Super logement pour une famille de kiteurs avec enfants. Le grand jardin, la piscine et le trampoline on ravis nos enfants.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wir waren 7 Nächte mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Kind in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Marta und Massimo haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer erreichbar. Die beiden haben uns auch auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit mehr als genossen und würden die Unterkunft auch Familie und Freunden weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Marta und Massimo!

Fulvia e Danilo ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e con spazi pensati al millimetro proprio per essere funzionali. La vera chicca della casa è però lo spazio esterno con un giardino stupendo a nostra disposizione. La zona è tattica in quanto è logisticamente vicina alle principali spiagge della zona sud est della Sardegna fino a quella più lontana di Costa Rei che con la nuova variante è raggiungibile in 40 min circa. La vicinanza da Cagliari infine non è da sottovalutare, sia per la miriade di servizi che una città offre in caso di bisogno, sia per variare un po' la vacanza senza "dover" (con molte virgolette) andare per forza in spiaggia.
