Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The decor is well cared for in every detail, in perfect "sea house" style, cozy and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good facilities. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and watch the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant holiday, the accommodation is very well located, in a small village with all amenities (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, ice cream shop, ...) and a pretty beach nearby. Andrea is an available and friendly host. Thanks!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Great location with restaurants and bus stops in walking distance. The beds are comfortable and cozy. We felt at home with so much supplied to relax and enjoy while traveling. Very helpful host! Would rent again when I return!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

We were guests at Michael's for 3 nights. Immediately welcomed with extreme courtesy, he provided us throughout our stay with various directions and tips for tourist sites, beaches and restaurants. His house is a charming cottage perched on the mountain, easily accessible, with an extraordinary view of the sea! It has all the amenities described and more. The cleanliness is impeccable and I can guarantee that having your first coffee in the morning in absolute peace with a view of the blue is priceless. Enrico is a great host! The communication from the beginning was friendly, clear and reliable. The house was just as beautiful as in the description – very clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home. Check-in and check-out were also completely straightforward. You can tell that Enrico is passionate about his work and wants to make his guests have a pleasant time. I highly recommend staying with him and would come back anytime!

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.
