We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. The house was super clean and the views were incredible. It was nice to eat on the terrace. You can see the Island of San Pietro and Sant Antonio from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and nice. We went with our 2-year-old daughter and we were very comfortable, they also provided a crib and a high chair for her. We also really enjoyed the barbecue. It's a quiet village, ideal for resting. It has a small but very nice market. It's a good place to explore the southwest of the island by car. The ferry port to go to the island of San Pietro is very close to the house. We are very happy and would repeat!

Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

The apartment is super nice and very new. The location is great for walking to the village. There is also enough parking space in front of the house, where you can park for free. Communication with Francesco was excellent! We were able to ask him anything and he was quick to respond. He was also able to give us tips for restaurants.

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

we took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
