Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. The balcony offers lovely views of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukosan.

Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. Kuća je smještena tako da je u blizini svih dnevno potrebitih objekata (market, mesnice, restorani, pošta, ambulanta, ljekarna, pekarnica...). Gosti za svoj boravak mogu svog ljubimca parkirati i doslovno sve obavljati šetnjom. Uz srdačnu dobrodošlicu želimo da se naši gosti osjećaju ugodno i opušteno kao u toplini svoga doma.

The 3-room family house (110 m2) with barbecue, large garden with lawn and trees of 1600 m2 and a heated swimming pool measuring 7 x 4 x 1.5 m. Parking by the house. Proximity 300 m to shops and restaurants, and 500 m to the sand and pebble beach. IMPORTANT: the arrival/departue days are only Saturdays.

My place is on the beach, first row to the sea. Also is close to the city center, public transport, the Zadar airport. You’ll love my place because of home atmosphere, the views, very relaxing weather. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Free parking place.
