Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

This property is situated directly by the seaside. 🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.
