This bright and airy penthouse has two large, panoramic terraces, one with door access from the living room and also from one of the bedrooms, and the other, a huge rooftop reached by a spiral staircase perfect for parties or receptions. Both terraces offer breath taking views of the mountains, the entire Gulf of Serapo and the medieval city. Centrally located high above the main streets of Gaeta, the apartment is quiet and breezy, but within walking distance to all the city has to offer

Terrace Principe di San Severo

The owner of the apartment was awarded the women and hospitality prize by the Councillor of the municipality of Naples for the authentic hospitality that she offers to the guests. The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.

In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation not on-site.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
