There are many shops near the station, and I think you will have a comfortable stay. The room is on the 4th floor without an elevator. It may be a little difficult for people with bad legs or those who are not confident in their legs. Best for 1 or 2 people. You can sleep up to 4 people using the sofa bed, but I think it will feel quite cramped.
