Chalet-Südsteiermark - beautiful, cozy & exquisite

The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen and wine refrigerator and open fireplace. 2 loggias with 7 m² and a balcony on the west side. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine or wall radiator and the 2nd has a combined shower and toilet. In addition, there is a toilet in the apartment. Underfloor heating and air conditioning too....

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

It's a 34 m2 studio, fully furnished with all ammenities and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, Wi-Fi...). It can accommodate up to 3 adults in one separate room with small double bed and convertible sofa in a living room. Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
