Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Welcome to your home in the heart of Graz’s Old Town. This modern apartment of around 50 m² is located just about 70 metres from the main square. Sights, restaurants, cafés and the vibrant city life of Graz are practically right on your doorstep. The ideal location for exploring Graz comfortably on foot. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building and is easily accessible by elevator. Step-free access is available.

It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.
