The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Lodge in Őrség with sauna

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
