In just 7 minutes you can reach the Rogner Therme Bad Blumau, the spa capital Fürstenfeld with the largest pool in Europe, as well as the highway in Ilz. Relax in our accommodation surrounded by greenery and yet only a 5-minute drive from Hartberg (exit A2). The apartment is located in the basement of our house, which we live in on the upper floor. Near the house you will find numerous paths for walking and hiking: Ringwarte, Church of St. Anna, Pöllauberg with the pilgrimage church and the Masenberg. Both the Bad Waltersdorf thermal baths and the H2O thermal baths are approx. 20 minutes away.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
