Very well located accommodation in the city center of Nantes while being quiet. Well laid out apartment with 3 beautiful bedrooms, you can feel at home as soon as you arrive! Julie is very responsive as soon as we have a request.

Emmanuelle was so helpful and lovely, apartment was very well situated and had everything we needed. Any messages that I had sent, she was very quick at responding and provided us great recommendations for our trip in Nantes. Would highly recommend staying with Emmanuelle!

I would highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic center and close to the tram.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Our stay at Bruno's was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was great: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ available. It all looked new and neat. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this lovely accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the area. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. We were able to enjoy the Jaccuzzi which was very clean and as described. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Alain and Blandine's house. The place is full of character, very well maintained, perfect for a group of people or for a family. It is also very well equipped. Alain and Blandine were also very considerate, accommodating, responsive, and spontaneously offered ideas for outings in the area. I would recommend this place without a second thought.

Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. But the real highlight is the exceptional view of the Loire – a soothing spectacle at any time of the day, which you never tire of admiring. We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
