Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Based on guest recommendations, we've added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, not overlooked. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.
