Le logement est parfait pour être au cœur de Nantes. Tout est accessible. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé. Je recommande à 100% et peur convenir que ce soit pour une famille, des amis ou pour le travail. Je reviendrais.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Le logement de Laurent est plus petit et moins flashy qu'il n'apparaît sur les photos mais il n'en est pas moins très agréable, dans une résidence donnant sur une cour intérieure et dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons apprécié de prendre nos petits déjeuners sur le balcon. De nombreux petits commerces sont à proximité pour le régal des papilles. Les transports sont également très proches, mais de toute façon il est possible d'aller à pied, au centre ville ou aux machines de l'île. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Super séjour ! Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal. Je recommande vivement !

Ons verblijf bij Bruno was fantastisch. We waren in Frankrijk voor familiebezoek en dit huisje was bij uitstek de perfecte plek om te verblijven. Alles was dik in orde: van de bedden, tot de keuken, badkamer, woonkamer met grote TV en tuin met zelfs een BBQ aanwezig. Het zag er allemaal nieuw en netjes uit. Onze host Bruno was voor en tijdens onze reis erg hartelijk en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Al met al was het een fijne ervaring. Absolute aanrader!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits entre amis (4 adultes) dans ce joli logement. Notre but était de nous détendre et de découvrir le région. Objectif atteint avec en supplément, un hôte très accueillant, sympathique, réactif et de très bon conseil. Merci Frédéric pour ce séjour. Nous avons bien pu profiter du Jaccuzzi qui était très propre et conforme à la description. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Parfait pour les amoureux de tranquilité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Alain et Blandine. Le lieu est plein de cachet, très bien entretenu, parfait pour un groupe de personnes ou pour une famille. Il est également très bien équipé. Alain et Blandine ont été par ailleurs très prévenants, accommodants, réactifs, et proposent spontanément des idées de sorties aux alentours. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés.

Le logement proposé par Alexandre est très agréable, bien agencé et bien décoré. Il est très bien équipé, vous ne manquerez de rien lors de votre séjour. L'arrivé et la sortie se font en complète autonomie, ce qui est très pratique.

Un séjour inoubliable avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la Loire ! Le logement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Tout a été pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Mais le véritable coup de cœur, c’est la vue exceptionnelle sur la Loire – un spectacle apaisant à toute heure de la journée, que l’on ne se lasse pas d’admirer. Philippe est un hôte exemplaire : accueillant, disponible et très attentionné tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y revenir très bientôt

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
