Невероятное место по красоте, горный воздух, горная река. Очень удобные условия для комфортного отдыха и проживания. Не далеко до лыжных трасс. За 9 дней покатались на 3 лыжных курортах, Бад Кляйнкирххайм - Санкт-Освальд и в Dobratsch - Филлах. Подробные инструкции по проживанию приветливый хозяин Giancarlo сообщит в ходе переписки. Спасибо Миссис Элизабет, которая рассказала нам о местных достопримечательностях (общительная, доброжелательная, веселая), очень благодарны ей за время которое она нам уделила, довезла и сопроводила до вокзала нашего коллегу до Филлаха для поездки в Венецию (спасибо большое). Очень удобно, что в дом можно заехать самостоятельно, так как мы на машине ехали из Москвы хозяин Giancarlo все подготовил к нашему приезду в любое время и сказал где будут ключи от дома. Спасибо за хороший отдых.

We enjoyed out stay at Elmar's place. as we were travelling with a toddler we felt very at home with the children's toys. We only had an overnight stay but the size of the place lends to a longer stay and having a garden was a bonus.

Wir hatten in unserer großen Gruppe wirklich eine schöne Zeit und ich würde es Familien/Freunden weiterempfehlen. + Parken direkt am Haus + Skibus direkt vor der Haustür + Ruhige Umgebung + Sauberes modernes Haus + Schnelle Reaktion des Gastgebers

A comfortable house in a great location. There are bikes in the shed and it is an easy and safe cycle along the river path to the lake. Swimming at the lake was brilliant, with plenty of beaches - some with jetties to jump from and children's slides and others for a quieter swim. The house had everything that we needed and the garden was a nice quiet spot to eat breakfast whilst looking the view. Giancarlo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and we would highly recommend him as a host and this house for an excellent base for a holiday.

We went for a trip with our dogs, nice comunication, pet friendly and a clean app. The Tv was abit weird, no tv programms only Youtube but we managed

Appartamento perfetto: comodo, spazioso, pulito, elegante. Posizione ideale per raggiungere il lago e per gite in mezzo alla natura. Pargheggio comodo. Ottima vacanza grazie al supporto di Daniel che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super nahe zum Strandbad. Damit ist anscheinend auch der "Zugang zum Resort" gemeint. Preis ist nicht günstig, aber offensichtlich alles neu und hochmodern. Definitiv empfehlenswert, vor allem für größere Gruppen oder Familien.
