Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Luxury bathroom (8 m²) with bathtub, south-east terrace with park view. It is only a 10-minute bike ride to the lake and a 10- to 15-minute walk to the city center of Klagenfurt. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast optional €15 per person. Free parking available right in front of the house.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. Various restaurants and many attractive offers such as climbing, mini golf, water skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. are nearby. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)
