The living room as well as the kitchen and a bathroom are located on the first floor. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The attic gives access to the roof terrace overlooking the mountains. The basement includes a spacious playroom and gym! The low-energy house is always cool and does not require air conditioning.

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Our guests can also use a "charging station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay an extra €15/night per pet.
