House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

The main house includes kitchen, bathroom, living area, bedroom and children's room, the side house a guest room with bathroom. Travel cot as well as Sup-Boards (2)and loungers with bath towels available . There are numerous excursion destinations,hiking trails and excellent gastronomy in the area. Boat mooring for water taxis or own boats available.

Experience pure relaxation in the "Rabennest-Gütl" in Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut, the imperial city and European Capital of Culture 2024. The property extends over 3 hectares (Not fenced) in a secluded location, surrounded by picturesque forest. Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.
