The 35 square meter apartment was designed entirely in-house and expanded with high standards of design and materials. The stylishly furnished bedroom and living room with wallpaper in the mystical Black Forest print and a view of nature is just one of the many highlights.

Willkommen in unserem Familienparadies am Rande des Hochschwarzwalds! Im Januar & Februar dient unser gemütliches Haus euch als Ausgangsort für’s schneesichere Skigebiet am Feldberg (30 km) und abends könnt ihr chillen in der Gartensauna. In der warmen Jahreszeit stehen E-Bikes bereit und im Garten hat es einen Holz- und Gasgrill. Das Haus ist am Ortsrand. In our newly renovated apartment surrounded by forest and meadows, well-being is guaranteed! The tranquil and hospitable Lausheim, with its proximity to Wutach Gorge, Feldberg, Schluchsee and Titisee, offers an ideal starting point for great hiking and cycling tours. Many family-friendly excursion destinations such as leisure pools and parks, as well as the historic Sauschwänzlebahn, are within easy reach. A trip to Switzerland is just as worthwhile as a detour to Lake Constance.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

It is newly renovated. The bathroom invites you to relax with the large rain shower. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Tiny House Amélie

The TINY HOUSE AMÉLIE is located just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Wutach Gorge in the heart of the Black Forest village of Boll. It is the prototype of the architecture and design start-up SYNDIKAT:WALDEN, based in Vienna, Hamburg, and, until 2023, here in Boll, and represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Black Forest wooden hut. It was designed with great attention to detail and built using only natural materials.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.
